Concrete has been poured for the building expansion pad, and inside the existing structure, framing and drywall installation are nearly complete. Interior wall finishing and painting kick off this week, while shoring and cutting along column line one continues to move forward. Overhead electrical work is progressing smoothly, HVAC ductwork is now in place in the office area, and mini-split systems are set to be installed this week. Exterior signage on the existing building has also reached substantial completion.
