The Floor & Décor Wilmington, NC project was a full interior demolition project of a Dicks Sporting Goods. The demolition included the removal of the entire infrastructure, including the existing interior concrete slab on grade, leaving only the superstructure remaining. At the completion of the demolition, the rebuild process began with the pouring of a new interior concrete slab on grade, metal stud framing for a new office package, customer pick up area, and design center. The scope of work also included regrading and reworking of the existing sidewalk for new ADA compliant parking stalls and the installation of new exterior site lighting.
