DESCRIPTION
The Floor & Decor Columbia, SC project commenced in January 2021 with the demolition of an existing automotive sales showroom and body shop structures. The new structure was built using precast panels, a structural steel joist and deck system and a 6’’ concrete interior slab on grade which was completed with a 8000 grit polished concrete finish. The project was completed in August 2021.
