Safety plays an integral, uncompromising role in every project. It’s our number one priority. This commitment comes from the top down to
include every member of the team.

For the project, safety will be seamlessly integrated into all aspects of the project, spanning from design to site security and
throughout every
construction phase. Establishing a “Safety Above All” culture from day one of the project is our cornerstone in preventing injuries and incidents
involving both employees and the workforce on the jobsite. At RCG, we whole – heartedly endorse the belief that all injuries can be avoided.
With this steadfast pledge to safety, our project team diligently plans all activities with a primary focus on their safe execution.

Our commitment lies in guaranteeing that all required work will be conducted in a managed and secure manner. We achieve this by
employing strategies such as fencing, barricades, signage, and maintaining a consistent and proactive line of communication with the
project team, all in the pursuit of enhancing safety.

We simply can not be successful in a project without it, and through the processes below, we’ve cultivated a culture of safety among our
team.

Voluntary OSHA Inspections & Walkthroughs
Our positive partnership with OSHA allows us to help create
safer job sites everywhere and gain continuous feedback
on our programs for improvement.

Orientation & Training
Every team member attends orientation and training for:

• OSHA

  • Fall Protection Awareness

Experience Modification Rate (EMR)
Our EMR number is well below the national
Industry average, which results in lower insurance costs
and a better value
