The recreational park, is located at the center of the Park Circle neighborhood. Phase one of the project is the demolition of the existing Felix C Davis Community Center, two baseball fields and other various structures. Phase two of the project consists of the construction of a new community center building with a modern design and improved amenities. The site redevelopment includes the construction the largest-in-the-world inclusive playground; consisting of 50,000SF all abilities, all accessible playground comprised of 53 apparatuses. Additionally, an all abilities, all accessible inclusive baseball field and an open air Farmer’s Market will be constructed to provide even more new and improved facilities for the community.

This week, framing of the exterior walls began, and underground retention tanks were installed for the bio-retention area in the back.
The new Goose Creek Collective Arts Building is a 1,140 sq. ft. facility designed to honor the original Wedding & Prayer Chapel’s aesthetic while enhancing accessibility and improving parking navigation.

The @robbinsconstructiongroup team had another fantastic holiday season volunteering for The Salvation Army of Charleston. This marks the fourth year our team has participated in the bell-ringing tradition.
For three weeks, RCG team members went out to the Riviera Theater in Downtown Charleston to ring bells and raise money for The Salvation Army.
This tradition has become a highlight of the year for our team. Thank you to everyone who volunteered for this year’s bell ringing! We’re already looking forward to continuing this tradition in 2025!
