DESCRIPTION
The Floor & Decor Peachtree City, GA project was an 80,770 square-foot new retail warehouse. The building shell consisted of precast concrete panels, structural steel, and brick veneer. Upon completion of the shell, the interior comprised of a new 6” concrete slab on grade, metal stud framing for a new office, design center, vestibule, and customer pick-up area. This Floor & Decor store was the first to incorporate a modular data room as a prototype for other future stores.
